The Rhode Island Queer Political Action Committee invites you to participate in our first-ever t-shirt design competition. All submissions will be voted on via ranked-choice voting by the public. The winning submission will serve as the design for the RI Queer PAC for 2023 and the artist will receive a percentage of all proceeds
Rules & Guidelines
Participants: The RI Queer PAC is committed to supporting queer artists throughout the state. All artists are encouraged to apply, especially those who identify as Queer/LGBTQIA+ and are based in New England.
Prize: The winning submission will serve as the signature design for the RI Queer PAC throughout 2023 and the artist will receive 10% of final earnings for each t-shirt sold.
Inspiration: The RI Queer PAC is seeking submissions that embody the values of the organization, and draw inspiration from the artist's personal character. We are looking for a design that is fun, provocative, eye-catching, and broad.
The only requirements are that the design:
Fit on the front of a t-shirt, not on the back or sleeves
Have no dates within the design
Important Dates
Submissions will be accepted between: January 15 – March 15
Voting Dates: March 23 – April 23
Winner will be Announced at: Our First Anniversary Celebration in May
